Meet the Team

My name is Scott Melchior.  My wife (Amy) and I own Medical Rejuvenation.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics (Nutrition) in 1994 but my career began in Foodservice Sales almost immediately after graduating from Indiana University.  I worked as a Business Development Manager at Coca-Cola and then as a Regional Sales Manager at Campbell Soup before completing my career as the National Account Manager for Blue Rhino Propane when I semi-retired in 2018.  I began helping Amy in the early stages of Medical Rejuvenation.  My role within the company took on a totally different meaning when we acquired our first retail location in 2022.  While my title is CFO, I do all of our bookkeeping, finance & reporting, payroll, ordering & inventory management, HR-related duties, and marketing program development.  Occasionally you’ll see me working the front desk or running out to grab lunch for everyone.  I genuinely enjoy work and I especially love working beside my wife and the wonderful team of people we have here.  When I’m not working, my favorite pastimes are boating, working out, playing pickle ball, going snow skiing, motorcycle riding, and hiking with my wife and our two cockapoos (Riley and Bailey).  While I often work behind the scenes, I love seeing our clients and interacting with all of you. Everyone is different and unique in their own way and it’s what helps to make this business so special to me.  Thank you for your business and support along the way, it means the world to us.
